Hi,
I just finished painting my Defender cab and have removed the stencils. However when I run my hand down the side of the cab I can feel the lip / step where the paint has dried against the edge of the stencil. Its not a big problem but its not perfect and I was wondering if I could do something to fix it. I can think of a few things but don't really want to try them unless I mess up the paintwork.
1) I can sand the edges with a very fine grit sandpaper and then buff the whole cabinet
2) I can just buff the whole thing and try to tone down the edge sharpness.
3) I can sand the whoel cab with fine grit sand paper and then clear coat it.
Not sure what would be the best way to proceed. Anyone been in a similar situation and found a good solution.
Thanks
Steve
