Project64 / ArcadeVGA resolution

Anyone know the best resolution to run Project64 at? I've been using 320x240 (321x240), and tried a few others. They all look great for the 3D stuff but the 2D stuff looks as if it is stretched (by a factor of something which is not an integer).

I think different games use different modes, but I would have thought there would be a mode which would run the majority of games well?
