UltraMap won't edit maps

Whenever I try to edit a map or create a new one, I get the same thing.  The editor window appears but it contains corrupted graphics (mostly at the upper-left area).  An error dialog appears saying. . .

Run-time error '380': Invalid property value

When I click the dialog, the whole UltraMap program exits.  If I had to take a guess, I might suspect something missing in TinyXP.  Unfortunately, that's the only working OS that I have here at the moment.  I do however have a full XP install disc that I can get drivers and stuff from.

Try re-downloading UltraMap? Sounds like it may be corrupted.
