tv resolution?

hi ive got a 15k arcade monitor, maby broken, so was gonna get another cab with a 25k monitor init, my question is ive got a scart pal 21" flatpanel crt tv, if i use arcadevga (v1) and mame scart running mame with mamewah will i get all games to run like paperboy and sega model 2 games? using the tv as a vdu?
