My employer has 20+ reviews and a score of less than -140.  Interesting.  Of course, they are probably all talking about the retail locations and not corporate.  Maybe a hundred thousand more employees there than here.

...a bunch of whiners.  Like the one genius who worked at Burlington Coat Factory (where my wife works) who was bitching about it sucking from the get-go.  YOU'RE STILL THERE 3 YEARS LATER YOU MORON!  Sheesh.

In this day and age,  if your job sucks...find another!   It's not like it's hard to find work.  (especially for those with uber-talent like BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY workers!)

In practice only the people that have a bad time at a company will post a a site like this. I have 12 years experience in my company, including a stint as chairman of the central workers council and my experience is that the loudest complainers always lay the blame somewhere else. If you don't like your work or your boss, find another job! Whining doesn't solve anything.

Current employer isn't but I did work at Cisco for a while... let's just say it didn't live up to a #6 billing in any way.
