Is asking for a .nvram file against forum rules?
« on: February 28, 2008, 04:29:24 pm »
I've read the rules several times over and I don't see anything about asking for a specific .nvram file for a game.  I will make it clear that it is NOT a ROM that I am looking for as I have that already...  I'm looking for a way to bypass waiting for a 30 minute install for a CHD.  Does an .nvram file even control that or is it something completely different that I am looking for?

Before I ask I just want to know if this is against forum rules or not...

Probably faster just to run the game once, than redownload it again in the nvram after waiting for someone to link it.

Plus since the nvram in these basically holds the chd, I think this specific request is on the no-no side. :dunno
