just hte other day i went to the vector magic web site and apparently they moved away from some stanford servers they were using and now they are making the service into a pay service :(  (before it was 100% free) but just giving evenrybody the heads up if you wanted to do some final conversions then sign up before march 5th and you get 4 free conversions.  after that its something like 3.50 U.S. per conversion!!!

Bah! Just get illustrator and it takes like 5 sec to do this. Its called livetrace.

It's funny, because their autotracing is essentially useless for any serious reproduction project. It is interesting to play around with a few times, but I wouldn't pay a dime for any of the results I've seen.
