Cab-Friendly PC Games?
« on: May 20, 2003, 02:06:28 pm »
I'm trying to find some cab-friendly PC games that might be fun to have on the cab.  Just curious if anyone had built of a list....I'm not talking Counter-STrike or anything (though I think Unreal Tournament 2003 on my 20" TV looks just fine so my cab makes a great extra PC for when that need arises), but I was curious:

Racing games?  2 player puzzle games, arcade-ish games??
Suggestions?

I always played Pod Racer a lot on my cabinet (which is dissasembled at the moment). That may or may not work with your controls. I used an 8-way, 6 buttons and a 4-way to control it (along with my dedicated escape button).
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

mmm, i think its down to what controls you have on yer cab

i always liked the original GTA games...they'd probably work quite well in a cab

as for racing games, i'd think you'd be wasting yer time unless you've got a steering wheel, it just won't feel the same IMO
