Will a 27" monitor fit this cabinet?

I really like this design for a Mame cabinet. It seems these normally come with 25" monitor. Does anyone know if a 27" monitor will fit in one?

Yes, a 27 inch fits okay.  You will need to notch the monitor tray to accept the bottom ears, find a way to keep the monitor upright (I have a large dowel going across the top ears of the monitor) and remove the 27" rear brackets.  It's tight, especially with the neckboard being almost against the back door.

Personally, I'd keep the 25"er as the 27" is somewhat tough to play on.  I'm actually looking to sell mine due to a move, and would go back to a 25"er in a heartbeat.  Sometimes, bigger is not necessarily better.

Any way you can share pictures of how you have it mounted in the side the cab?  What you needed to do to make it fit, etc?  Also, where you did find the 27" bezel.

The reason a lot of people might be looking for a way to fit a 27" is because that's a very common arcade machine from the 90's which can be found empty for less than 100$.. but good luck finding a 25" monitor.  Only 27" TV's are currently available in the market.
