Unless you've got a really ooooooooold verison of mame you probably won't be able to get it working.  Plus I think service pack 2 kills it.   It'd probably be best to stick to a newer fe at this point.  :)

Well it's supposedly mirrored along with the oscar controls site, but byoac's mirrors seem to be down atm or else saint moved it all again. 

What I have on my personal pc is a buggy, non-operational beta that I never released so I can't help you with this one.  Sorry.  :(

I was going through an old hard drive and found a copy.  I am uploading it to megaupload.com and will update this post when it is done.

I have included the following in the zip file:
