wg4600 and kortek monitor problems
« on: February 11, 2008, 11:00:13 pm »
This wg4600 monitor is displaying graphics in scan lines |||||||, sort of looks like this http://www.arcadegameover.com/images/pactrouble/Image101.jpg . This other kortek/sharp image monitor can't adjust h.pos, sort of looks like this chassis type http://www.therealbobroberts.net/kortek.html

should I just scrap both chassis and replace them with the replacement (wei-ya) chassis so I can save time and possible money?

Your 4600 apears to be ok and you have a gameboard problem.

The Kortek probably needs a capkit.

I tested the board on another machine, works fine. I even swapped a video signal from another machine to the wgk4600 monitor to make sure and it is still displaying this problem. I think this is a sync problem.
