s-video to rca converter

if i get an s-video to rca converter, do i get the s-video quality that is output from my ATI video card, or do i get rca quality that is output from my ATI video card. If i get the s-video quality, where can i find one

RCA(aka composite) is lower quality than S-Video, and through an adapter it's even worse.  Since your card is ATI, it probably can output composite directly, but you need to find a breakout cable for it. (most ATI cards have a 7pin connector for TV-out)
