Anyone have broken Gamecube controllers?

Does anyone have any broken Gamecube controllers that they have no use for?  Know of any friends that have any that they've broken?  While I was fiddling around with some of my older ones, I realized I needed a few parts here and there.

I don't care what's wrong with it, I just need it.  Also don't care what brand/style it is.  I'd be willing to pay the shipping fees to get it here.
