Pros Vs. Joes
« on: January 20, 2008, 02:03:35 pm »
Right now SpikeTV is doing a marathon of sorts for Pros Vs. Joes.  I'm INCREDIBLY psyched that this show is coming back on the air.  It's just really cool seeing these pros beat the crap out of the joes who think that it's easy to play these sports.  With how talented these retired guys are, it really shows you what level of talent the professional athletes out there have.

It's also legitimate competition.  You can tell that nobody wants to lose.

Plus it's hilarious when one of the Pros has lost his game so badly that the Joes pwn him.  John Rocker was so bad he couldn't beat anyone.

:laugh2:  Yeah.  He was freaking pathetic.  It was quite funny.  It's also funny seeing some of these Pros come back and be so out of shape.  Will Clark looks like a fat tub of butter as opposed to a trim, professional baseball player.

The best ones to watch are the ones versus the UFC guys.  The Joes get the living ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- kicked out of them by the UFC players.

Wasn't there only one UFC athlete?  The only one I saw before this new season was Couture.  I'm looking forward to Kurt Angle.  Couture took it easy on them and tried to be gentle... Angle is going to make it a point to humiliate them.

Yeah and they had Randy submitting the Joe's...Couture isn't even a submission guy.  Imagine how much worse it would be if they had someone that was a real submission fighter?
