CRT projector
« on: January 19, 2008, 05:53:00 pm »
Has anyone ever tried running 15kHz modes on a CRT projector ? :)

I've used Electrohome Marquee 8K's in the past .. but don't have one set up at the moment.

There is a friend that I did an install for with a Sony VPH-1252 ... I'm pondering the idea of Soft15KHz + SFF PC + MAME as an addition to this set up :)

Should not be a problem at all.

Not a technician . . . . just a DIY'er.

just remember ,

replacement lamps are not cheap, nor do they have a long life expectancy  :'(

same for large lcd tv's and dlp tv's

keeping ALL vents/fans free of obstruction and debris is a must .
