Rare spotting "in the wild" Galaga/Ms. Pac reunion

Yeah, I guess not very special, but sometimes it just hits you SO unexpectedly:

Today a was at the nice town of Oosterhout because part of my band who are playing in a "dweilorkest" had to play there (I won't try to explain what a "Dweilorkest" is, you gotta see/hear to understand..... maybe this will help a bit: http://home.wanadoo.nl/raimond.voermans/fotos.html)

So I walk up a street, look in a window and see the full-size Galaga side-art. Almost made me jump, and of course I had to go in to check. Regretfully it was the Class of 1981, but hey, these are still VERY rare here....

The place was called "Fever" and completely decorated in late 70's early 80's style so I figure the cab is part of the "decoration". It was too busy to even reach the machine, let alone play it.

Nice though, when you're not expecting it.

Dutchies who want to go play:

I went a couple of times to the Ms Pac/Galaga cab in Funland Scheveningen. Everytime I'm in Scheveningen I go "say hi" :)

I used the sideart on that cab to check the vectorized Galaga sideart version I did. Unfortunately the colors are completely different. Last time I was there they put it in a corner though (so the sideart is not visible so much anymore)

There was a nice site with locations of arcade cabs in the Netherlands. I think it got lost. I reported some cabs on Gamespy Classic Arcade Game Locations for The Netherlands
