MAME Trouble

For some reason, whenever I start Area 51, the little crosshair does not show up. But it does show up when I launch it from my other computer upstairs. I am using Mame v121 (compiled with Headkaze's compiler) and v120 (Commandline) upstairs on the other PC.

That's the thread for the compiler.  The actual thread that has the patch to remove disclaimers is stickied at the top of the forum.
