Atari Cone/Vulcano/Cherry buttons LED's: How to replace them ?

I have two of these for my Centipede. However, I'd like to repace the LED's as they are very dim. One is worse than the other. Anyway, they seem to be soldered on the side of the metal strips that are out of reach for a soldering iron ?
And I don't see a way to disassemble the thing ?

It's tricky.  You basically have to remove the rivets, fix it, then re-rivet it (or an equivalent).

OK, think that means using the dremel.....

Small bolts should work right ?
