gba or ds flash cart?

I finally found a way to log back in, been a while.

anyway, i am looking for a flash cart of some kind for my daughters gba sp. it would be nice if it also worked on ds, as i may get one of those eventually. i have been looking around for a few days now, and i find it all pretty confusing, as well as everything id for ds, not really gba. any recommendations?

the gba movie player is pretty good but it needs an sd card.  i would avoid a flash cart just because of the space restrictions but other than that i have no idea which flash to get.  if you want check the BST for stobe's thread to see if he has a gba one.
