Standard MAME stuff.  I'd rather run @ 60hz due to the fact I won't be playing too many games pre-1990.

If you're not concerned with older native resolutions then I would save my money and decase a pc monitor.  IMO

Wow neither of those I posted were 21".  What was I on.
