Personally, I think it is a bug on the lens that is out of focus...or the owner dangled something on the camera himself.

It's absolutely amazing how dumb people are.  These are the people we drive next to on the freeway every day.

Indeed. I think we picked-up that second guy on the video with our flying saucer about a decade ago...that made us leave the planet for a while.....thinking civilisation is still not ready for us.....sigh.....
