Suhweet!!

It's not obvious in this video, but these coils must be at least six feet tall. On the first go around, I thought these must be small coils. about a foot tall or less.

Look for the T-Man video to get a better idea as to the scale of these things.

Wow, that is really neat. If you read the write up on the actual youtube page, they are about 7 feet tall, and the sound is about 110db. :o

I see how they can control the discharges, but I'm not really understanding how the tesla coils responding to a midi track also regulates the sound frequency of the discharge.

Neat. Thanks for that video. I figured the optical wiring was acting as a high voltage insulator of some sort.
