Help finding old cabinet artworks (MameNotOver)
« on: November 06, 2007, 03:29:02 am »
Hello everyone!
I've recently started building my own MAME cabinet: my idea is to modify an old "Kick off" cabinet that a friend found for me. However I'm still in the "planning" stage, looking at other's designs to find inspiration :D I remember that years ago I found a cabinet design I really liked a lot... if I'm not completely wrong, the project was called " M.A.M.E - Game not over" or "M.A.M.E not over", I can't recall exactly... the URL was

http://www.mamenotover.com/

however the link is broken and I cannot find it anywhere... so I was wondering: anyone knows if there's a new url? or has a mirror/offline copy of the site? I really loved that project, and the designs were awesome :'( I looked at previous posts and it seems to me that neither the site nor the author (GSXRMovistar) is anywhere to be found, however asking doesn't hurt ^_^ What I really liked was the graphics and artwork of that cabinet... (and that's the reason I'm posting in the artwork forum) anyone knows if GSXRMovistar ever released the PSDs?

Thanks :)

The latest I could find was a page from May 08, 2005 on the Wayback Machine, but it looks like quite a few (if not all) of the pictures are gone...

Good luck.
