Yeah that's so stupid. In the Netherlands people dress up at carnival and a few times I read about kids who were dressed in a sheep costume made from cotton balls which caught fire. Often a whole family of kids and they light each other.

BTW that link didn't work for me, but searching for "halloween costume fire" worked.

LOL  what are the odds of that happening?  That guy has to be really unlucky. 

One of my costumes in the past involved a homemade flame-thrower, but cotton balls?  Nah I'd never see that one coming.

He was in a bar... you know the minute someone said "dude that thing will burn like gasoline" that the ---uvula--- next to him pulled out a lighter.
