WG7300 + arcadevga

hello group, thinking of building a vertical cab for my first project with 19" monitor.  Was browsing WG and found this K7300 special for $215:

wondering if it would work well with arcadevga? perhaps cheaper than the vga monitor (3100) with vga video card?

it says "orioin crt", anyone know that that means?

also says horz mount, but I figure must be some way to mount it vertically?

am I missing something?
