Straight boot to mame 32
« on: October 11, 2007, 03:25:26 pm »
I have a mame set up using j-pac and arcade vga.

Is there a way for my setup to boot directly to mame or an emulator without having to go threw windows and having to click what im going to use.

In other words is it possible to go straight to an emulator once system is booted.

If you just want the easiest way to launch MAME32, you can just make a shortcut in the Startup folder of Windows. It doesn't hide Windows or anything, but will take you right into MAME32.

I think he also needs to only have one user account or use the advanced user control (2 lol) so xp will auto log in. then any app in the startup folder will load.
