Simple centering question

I've tried quite a few settings but I'm missing something simple I imagine. Can anyone show me how to center the image in the screen using Mame32? (as in example below)

I'm just learning this stuff, so thanks in advance!

Try using different zoom settings (I think it's under the display or advance tab).
