opinion on Mitsubishi Megaview XC 3315C

anyone have this monitor ? does it display vga as is ? I am using xbox and dreamcast and I need 640x480 for both.
I found a local guy selling this monitor for $100..thats pretty cheap considering how awesome vga looks.better than any lcd and plasma in my opinion and most importantly...NO LAG !
