new 27 happs vision pro problems

I have a happs vision pro monitor. I was running nokia monitor calabration and adjusting the width and height quite a few times via the on screen menu. The signal is from geforce mx400 running at 640x480 at 60hz. I was doing adjustments when the monitor suddenly went to a single vertical line that was colored to resemble my desktop/ calabration. Tried to reboot and same result. Took video signal off to see if it would desplay a no signal box as it did before. Nope same effect. Has my monitor been cooked? I have had it in service just over 3 days.
Has colored vertical line down the center nothing else. Is there any settings or anything i could try or do i have to fight it out with happ?

don't tell happ that you mucked with it and just say it don't work after 3 days and can you please send me a new one
