Wells gardner 25k7193 chassis problem
« on: September 15, 2007, 09:33:18 pm »
ok i have been working on this monitor for a minute and after i get one thing fixed another thing pops up. First off i have line that are going from top left to bottom right. they are faint but are noticeable and it is driving me crazy. Also when the monitor is jittered, i have it in a golden tee 05 cabinet, it seems to umm i cant think of a better word right now but it seems like it unsyncs? And finally i cannot get the horizontal width to expand all the way but i believe that is the horizontal coil problem. if anybody can help that would be great.

A picture is worth 1000 words, but the lines sounds like your screen voltage is turned up a tad too high.

The "SCREEN" and "FOCUS" controls are part of the flyback in this model. Screen is the lower control and focus is the upper control. These will always need to be adjusted on a replacement flyback as they vibrate all over the place during shipment.

Turn the screen control down just a tad bit (counter-clockwise).
