Um when I was street fighter, the pic was the correct way, now that I switched it to Mortal Kombat, the picture is displayed up side down, how can I fix this?

Check the dip switch settings and/or test menu programmable flip picture settings.

I checked the pcb dip settings and there is nothing that has anything to do with flipping the video. I still have to check the test menu.
