And the orientation of the monitor?
(appears to be vertically mounted)

The "wave" or curve at the top and bottom appear to be a pincushion/keystone  problem.
The line on the sides appear to be some foldover. (might be able to adjust that with vertical height)
Not a technician . . . . just a DIY'er.

Typically with the age of a K4600..... start with a cap kit (as Ken mentioned) and also check for cold solder joints.
