Well... I like the age range I chose (13-16) people don't have to know exactly where in there I fall.

PS I wonder what High School will be like... JK; I'm in High School (freshman).

I'm sorry, I didn't see that one.  But this poll will have more acurate results anyway, since there are more choices

Nit-picking, but you mean more precise.  Both have the same accuracy.

I do think this one broke up the numbers a little bit better. 19-29 is such a broad number, and really encompasses 3 separate age groups.

Old old old, 34.  I remember the good old days, stopping in at the dairy ( corner shop in New Zealand ) on the way to school when I was about 10 years old and spending all my lunch money on Space Invaders, then freaking out when Scramble and Galaxian came along because they were soooooo cool.......ahhhh the good old days when I didn't have to work for a living lol.

Notice the almost non-existant 17-20 category?

That is because girls are so much more interesting when you are that age!  ;D

18 here, but I'm really curious, who's younger than 13 here???  if you're building arcade joysticks and you're younger than 13, umm.... I'm sensing you're einstein smart or really confused.

The ones under 13 may just be hanging out. There are a few kids that age on the www.klov.com message board, and the writing site I frequent http://www.everything2.com has one 8 year old, and a smattering of other preteens among the largely 20s-30s crowd.

Hence why the board and chat room have the rules it does!  I just have to mention that.  We get some people in chat once and awhile that protest the no swearing rule saying there are no kids in there, and there was a 14 year old in there at the time :)  Granted most of use are of age, but not all...

33 here...

4 year brackets, then when you hit 33, you change it to 33 - 40?  Can't say I like my age being lumped in with "40"  dammit!!!   :o  j/k

The old one had: 30-39    43 (46%)

Which means almost half of us have the same choice.  Although not seeing "40" included with my selection felt a little better.  ;D

14? I just turned 15 (freshmen) I have been into MAME since I was like 13 though. My brother got me into it, he has been into it about that long too (he's at college now, not oo much time for games) This stuff keeps me sharp, I learned alot about Dreamweaver when I went to make my site. Sadly, I have learned nothing about computering from MAME, I am even bigger on computers in general than MAME; but I have learned A LOT about woodworking!!!!!!!!!! Okay, now I don't feel like I need to say I'm 18 or whatever anymore (maybe people will be more understanding as to why I say my father (who's not really into this stuff) helped me in some construction, or why... sadly... I can't drive, and can't go to pick stuff up.

Maybe my horrible spelling can be slightly forgiven?

heck, the universe is losing the battle of life.

In as little as a few billion years, nothing will exist.. that's when dark energy "rips apart the Milky Way, solar system, Earth, and ultimately the molecules, atoms, nuclei, and nucleons of which we are composed, before the death of the Universe in a "Big Rip''. "

(from a link at http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap030303.html )

I'm *so* not depressed knowing that it's all for naught ...there won't even be any subatomic particles left to witness that we -as a race- existed.. nothing...absence of everything.

wow..this is way too deep for thinking about..ever.
:-(
