That class of hardware as a whole is known as "knock down fasteners". I think the items you're describing are commonly called "Minifix fittings" or "Cam lock connectors". There are lots of brand names (e.g. Minifix, Quickloc) so you may need to visit some woodworking hardware sites (Woodcraft, Rockler, Woodworker's Hardware) and look under their Knock Down fittings/fasteners categories to find exactly what you want.
FWIW, the cam lock fittings can be difficult to install. You'll definitely want to buy or make a jig to help with the alignment. If you want the ability to take your cabinet apart, you may find that "connector bolts" and "cross dowels" are easier to install, though it's still helpful to have a jig.
