Sanyo 20EZV screen shrinking (fixed)

I have several Sanyo 20 ezv nintendo monitors and most (some worse than others) have part of the upper screen mssing. Is this due to a failing part or am I missing an adjustment somewhere?

That is classic EZ cap failure.  Replace all caps at this time.

Same problem on same monitor in a DK 2. Bob Roberts kit cured it.

I put in a cap kit from Mike's Arcade (it had some resistors too).
