I know this has been answered before but... (MaLa-related)
« on: August 13, 2007, 03:16:27 pm »
I did a search and couldn't find anything (although I didn't really know what to search for).  Anyway, I'm trying to disable the "Get Ready To Play" screen that flashes as soon as you select a game in the game list.  It's similar to how the DOS box used to appear at the same time but I hid that...

Thanks!

I am not at home right now, but look if there is an option on this page

  Options Menu/GUI/Game Start

Yep - see screenshot below.

Untick "Use fullscreen picture instead of starting window" and you'll get a little box instead of that full screen image.  The look of the "starting..." box is defined with the MaLa layout.

Note you can also define a new starting image to suit your cab/layout within the layout - that's what the second checkbox is for (as I have set here)
