So, I turned on my restored Centipede cab last night and I'm having monitor issues...again!

A little history: I rebuilt the Atari power supply and audio regulator with a new cap kit. The first monitor I put in this was a Hantarex MTC 9000. It died and not even a cap kit or new flyback could fix it. This is the second monitor it's had and I'm having trouble with it too! The one currently in the machine is a WG 4900 that I rebuilt with a cap kit.
Here is what it's doing: the colors are far off. I don't know if the guns in the tube are bad, or if it's something else. I spent all night adjusting it, but to no avail. The chassis has been rebuilt with a cap kit.
The 4900 has also only been able to display a picture in 90% of the screen. Remember the older VGA monitors with black borders around the image (before stretching controls were availabe)? That is what this looks like.
I have another WG 4900 chassis to steal parts from if necessary. Do ya'll have any ideas?
I hope it's not time for a new monitor, they're expensive!!!
