Yeah, screw tivo.... that reuires a subscription and in many cases a contract that'll require your immortal soul.  Freevo (using bittorrent to download tv) is where it's at!

She'll put it back on when you download the entire run of Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place, in DivX, and show her how to stream them to that spiffy new HDTV.

That's pretty funny! I just got season 1,2 and 3 of 90210 for the wife (of course!) and she loves it. She also has seasons 1-7 of charmed. That is one great way to keep the wife happy.
