A bit of insight into Vick's head
« on: July 31, 2007, 10:31:08 am »

Quote
"I know I've put the city through a lot. My owner, Arthur Blank, who I love sincerely, I've put him through a lot. And you know it's hurt me to put him through these situations to have to deal with that because he shouldn't have to," Vick said.

I guess Vick really is a complete idiot.  I never, ever thought I'd see a black man refer to a white man as my owner.

Can you really expect Vick to say anything other than that at this point? If he went so far as to actually kissing his ass it would not be out of the ordinary at this point.

You may want to consider the history of black people in this country and what it actually means to have an owner.  If Vick had any sense of pride and of the history of his race in this country that concept would be highly offensive to him.

Blank is his boss, not his owner.  Unless Vick actually would sell himself into slavery in return for his compensation, I guess, which maybe he did.

He misspoke, he does not think he is owned by Blank, he meant the owner of the club. But the rest of the ass kissing is expected.

I see what's going on here, he is trying to shift blame to his oppressor white-man owner. Very clever... :laugh2:

Doesn't matter what he says.  Eventually he's going to have a new, much longer, uniform number.

His best move is to not say anything.

Shoulda said, "I'm a dumbass scumbag with absolutely no humanity left in the void between my ears.  I abused and exterminated many animals because I am a filthy piece of ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---.  I deserve every last bit of punishment i am given and it is an unfortunate shame that I can not be shot dead"

Bottom line is that I consider the dogs he mutilated and destroyed to be more of a benefit to society than I do that vermin who abused them.  I wouldn't shed a tear if a bus was to run that lump of ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- over today.

...I should probably preface my rant with the fact that I am a dog lover.  I love dogs more than MOST people (besides my mom, my wife,  and immediate family (aside from my pain-in-the-ass brother Steve who is sitting in the clink right now))...

You don't need to be a dog lover to feel that way, just a person in general will do. If it is all true.

I'm not real sure why you love dogs more than those people except your brother who is in the clink, but to each their own. ;D

Well, look at it this way... Steve in the clink is literally getting repaid for being a pain in the ass.  In the ass.

Yah,  ever family has one.  I love em as he is my brother,  but I also really really don't like the guy much.

What's he going to say, i killed some dogs and i'm proud of it?   :'(

When did you start dropping the "allegedly" part?  I thought he was "innocent until proven guilty"?

Was there a memo that was handed out that I missed?

He's still innocent until proven guilty, chad was just pointing out what he was saying and i was pointing out that he has nothing to say other than kiss-ass statements because he is in some real deep ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---, regardless of if he did it or not.
