More of less decision making.  Right now I have a 21'' Zenith tube in my cabinet, and of course, it's outdated, and I was wondering if it is worth upgrading to a newer arcade monitor, one that doesn't require isolation, has vga interface, etc.

I still haven't powered it up.  The previous owner says it works, and I'm sure it does, but I have a lot of cleaning to do before I give it a go.
