Will this convert it back to the legit ms pacman, like same mazes, pac pellets, ect?  I have the chips I just don't have the board and I am unsure of buying one.

If no one has a definate answer you can always experiment with MAME using a bootleg and renaming the real roms to see if the emulation works with real roms.
