Electrohome G07 Question(s)
« on: July 12, 2007, 04:23:19 pm »
Were the neck board attaches there is some silicone caulk holding it on.  Is this to be removed or not??
Should I just replace the cap on the neck board and work around the rest for the rest of the caps on the main board??
Any good words of wisdom for someone attempting first cap kit??

The white silicone glue was put on the tube neck and the tube socket merely to keep the neckboard from scooting off during shipment. Take a razor knife and carefully slice thru the silicone glue (power off naturally).

There is no need to reglue it. It was simply for manufacturing purposes.
