Name that monitor (Double Dragon)
« on: July 04, 2007, 05:08:47 pm »
Hello.

Can anyone identify this monitor for me. It's in a Double Dragon (I think a dedicated cabinet). I may need to order a cap kit for it.

Thanks

Okay, you're not even trying; I can see the monitor ID tag in that picture.

edit: I take it back.  But this one is easy, check the monitor ID page.  It's in the sticky "BEFORE POSTING IN THIS FORUM".

It looks alot like a Wells Gardner 19k4901 I have in a U.N. Squadron but I don't see an obvious label on it like the other one has.

Well, for like 90% of all genericabs, you have a 50/50 chance of identifying the monitor - WG K4900, or Electrohome G07. ;D

Sure looks like a K4900 to me.

I have 2 Dedicated Double Dragons...both of mine had K7000's, don't remember the exact model but they were identical.

Hope this helps,       - Joe

I thought at first it was a non-converted cabinet because it has a Taito tag on the back but it doesn't have the Taito side-art that I've seen on other cabs so maybe it was a conversion... Unless the K7000 has an almost identical layout to the circuitry I'm leaning towardsit being a WG.
