MaLa Tree
« on: June 23, 2007, 01:31:06 am »
Hi,

I have configured MaLa to use MAME and another emulator.  If I use a traditional layout, everything works fine.  I can switch between emulators and gamelists without issues.

However, when I try to setup MaLa Tree, the emulators in the drop down box are MAME and Jukebox.

Does anyone on know what I need to do to get the other emulator I have configured to show up?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction, as there are a few MaLa Tree users out there.  ;)

Can somwone please add these details to the MaLa Wiki.

I recall having similar problems when I first set up my MaLa Tree config.  I'm not sure how I solved it, but after a lot of playing with it, I got the other emulator to show up when using the tree editor.

I'm looking through my option pages now and I don't see anything particularly special, but I do have an additonal emulator set up under "Other Emu Config" and a Game List under "Game Lists" that uses that emulator.

I think I tried deleting my other Emu Config and recreating a new one after I had "Use Tree" selected.  Not sure if this is what got it to start working tho.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.
