trackball/spinner sensitivity settings in mame
« on: June 19, 2007, 04:33:41 pm »
I was wondering if there was a good resource for game specific trackball/spinner settings for mame. I am specifically interested in marble madness, shuuz, arkanoid, golden tee and tempest. I have a happs 3" trackball and a spinner I bought from oscar about 2 years ago, not sure of the make. I am also using mame 101b and mamewah as my FE. If there is no good resource perhaps someone knows the most effective way of testing these settings so I can find what is right for me.

Here is a VERY helpful thread with some settings on the actual hardware:

I hope some day MAME is able to auto-configure sensitivity based on these (or similar) parameters.
