Need service menu values for 20" Insignia TV (IS-TV040919)

Can someone please post these values for me. I really messed them up and failed to first write down the factory defaults :hissy:. Or is their somehow you can reset it back to default, that would be great too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
