Trackball sensitivity in MAME

Is there a way to configure trackball sensitivity globally in MAME, or do you have to go into the "Analog Controls" or Service Menu for each individual game?

No.  :(

Either you have to do as you say, or edit the source (such as every drivers sensitivity settings) and compile.   [shrug]

If you're still using win9x, editting windows mouse speed effected mame most of the time, but not so currently in winXP.
