Ah, I remember the TYCO commercials. Pretty dazzling. Um, wouldn't hundreds of feet have brown-outs or whatever?

yea you can have some problems , you have to make sure that  every piece of track is in great shape  , throw away any with any minor flaw , crack , i have gone as far as hooking a train transformer to my track. i have a group at yahoo with photos of most of my cars , but i haven't done any updates in along time. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DARRYLSLOTSCARS/  here are some photos of times set up in my   rehearsal space

dude, i used to LOVE my old slot car stuff.  There used to be a hobby shop growing up that had the larger slot car tracks. You could rent time on the tracks with either your own car, or rented ones....good times....

WOW! $200 though  :-\

I should ask my brother though. He is into building (and launching water rockets) and perhaps he put a camera on that.

Yeah, the Booster Vision system is a bit pricey. I think due to a combination of its transmission distance and the fact that it also captures audio.

I know there are some cheaper security devices out there that might work well for a kite.

a kite can carry a lot of weight. just put something cheap that can record. if it doesnt have to transmit live then just chuck in your mobile phone (but make sure you dont lose your kite  ;))

It's one of the stunt flying kites (with 2 control lines). It's pretty powerful indeed. I'm more worried about the landing though.

Get a kodak MC2 it's old but it's small and ok

It can shoot 320 x 240 video onto the CF card and it supports the larger CD cards so u can record for ages
