Another command line wrapper exe ?

I know, I know ... the world really doesn't need another, what with Howards brilliant effort.

However, it was because howards was so damn useful (good on you Howard) that I was so curious as to how it worked. Not sure if any source was available (I didn't look too hard, and I certainly didn't ask), but I thought the best way to figure out how it works, would be to try and write one myself.

This is the end product.

I am currently using this for my CAB (especially after having taken the time to write
the blinking thing), and posted it on the net in the off chance that anybody else would care to give it a go.

It doesn't do everything that Howards does, and what it does do, it does in a slightly different way.

It can be downloaded at (apols for the web page, a quick 2 second job just then, I don't have a proper one)
