I have checked command.com is in both c:\ and c:\windows

any other input?

You might try doing what is suggested in this post from the MameWah forum.

Not sure which version you are using but under Windows 2000/XP you should see Environment Variables under the advanced tab in the system properties.


Edit -
If you follow that thread you may also find this post helpfull. You might try using 'rom_folder' just to see what happens.
